The app is used to play music at social gatherings. Users of the app can create new music rooms and invite others to join. You can enter the music rooms and become a DJ to submit DRM free songs from your playlist to the host queue of songs. Up to 5 DJs are allowed in this version of the app. DJs will receive points based on guests' Like votes on the songs played. Users can also join as a guest and Like or Dislike the songs and socialize through Facebook and Twitter by posting the song information. APP FEATURES: - Sign in with Phonogram, Facebook or Twitter - Create custom playlist and play your music - Create music rooms and set the number of DJs and submitted songs - Invite others to join your music room - Submit songs to the host queue - Socialize by voting on songs and posting to FB and Twitter - Songs that are disliked by majority of listeners will be skipped - See a list of played songs and their submitted songs in the queue - Link to iTunes for purchasing any of the played songs Phonogram utilizes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology to sync DRM free songs and exchange encrypted data between host and guest devices in a music room. Your device (as a guest or DJ) needs to be on the same network as the host device which would be connected to speakers and actually playing the songs. If both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on, app uses Bluetooth to connect to the host.
